recovery room and an X-Ray suite to schedule. Can PatientCalendar.com handle it?
A:PatientCalendar.com can handle as
many resources to schedule as your practice needs. You can fit up to 7 daily calendars on a page at one time!
Q: How can I interface the online
scheduled surgeries, MRIs and other resources to my internal billing systems?
A: PatientCalendar.com makes
reports available in different formats, like Excel, .CSV, tab-delimited and plain ascii files to input into your internal systems. We'll customize them to only the fields you need, in the order you need them, at no
extra charge.
Q: I'm still not sure if
PatientCalendar.com is suitable for my practice. May I have an online trial?
A: Sure. Just email us at sales@patientcalendar.com and we'll set up a 30-day trial. If you decide that PatientCalendar.com is just what the Doctor ordered, the trial period is on us.
Q: We don't have one of those fancy
cable modems or T1 Internet lines to my office. Will PatientCalendar.com work with a modem?
A: Yes - in fact, it's been optimized for slow to medium connections.
Q: In my office, we run Linux or
Apple computers. Will they work with PatientCalendar.com?
A: Certainly - PatientCalendar.com
automatically detects and adjusts to your browser. You can use browsers from Microsoft, Netscape, or open source like Mozilla, Mozilla FireFox, Opera or Phoenix.
Q: I would like to set the colors
for each calendar to be different, so that nobody is confused when setting appointments. Is that possible with PatientCalendar.com?
A: Certainly - the color scheme,
images, start time, etc is customer-customizable.
